Mild - 12.5g - 0.8 scoop
Normal - 15g - 1 scoop

These measurements are just a guidance for brewing your coffee, adjust measurements to your own liking.
Brewing should take between three to four minutes. Start your timer once the water hits the coffee.
1-2 Light to Medium
2-3 Medium to Dark
3-5 Dark
Less body and boldness, with higher acidity.
The acidity is lower and the body will give a fuller profile.
The darker the roast the bigger the body
Body - Mouthfeel of the coffee on the tongue.
Sweetness - The volume of sweetness (doesn't refer to sugar).
Acidity - The sharpness of the coffee.
